Electrical Items

Unwanted electrical items that are unused can be returned for a full refund or alternative item within fourteen days from purchase. The consumer must arrange return delivery at their own cost. All items are supplied with a warranty and as such, if a product develops a fault within this period, please see the information within the product box. Faulty items may be returned either to the manufacturer or saloneasy, for a repair or replacement.

Hair Extensions

Due to the nature of this product, returns are only accepted on unused items. Extensions can be returned for a full refund within fourteen days from purchases, or to exchange for an alternative colour. If you wish to exchange the item for another colour choice, please include a cheque for £5.95 to cover postage.

Other Items

Unused items such as styling products can be returned for a refund or for an alternative product within fourteen days from the date of purchase.
