Product Returns

Electrical Items

For electrical items, such as hair straighteners or hair clippers, returns will be accepted on unwanted items that are completely unopened for a refund or alternative item, as long as they are returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase. Postage costs incurred will not be refunded.

All items come supplied with a manufacturers warranty, and as such, if a product develops a fault within this period, please see warranty information contained within the product box. In some instances, the item will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Certain products can be returned to saloneasy, who deal with returns on behalf of the manufacturer, in these circumstances, a replacement will be despatched.

Hair Extensions

Due to the nature of this product, returns will only be accepted on unopened items. Extensions can be returned for a refund on the cost of the item, or to exchange for an alternative colour. If you wish to exchange the item for another colour choice, please include a cheque for £6.95 to cover postage of the new item.

Other Items

Items such as styling products and scissors can be returned for a refund on the cost of the item or for an alternative product within fourteen days from the date of purchase, as long as they are unopened & unused and boxed as new.
