Electrical Items

Unwanted electrical items that are unused can be returned for a full refund or alternative item within fourteen days. The consumer must arrange return delivery at their own cost. All items are supplied with a warranty and as such, if a product develops a fault within this period, please see the information within the product box. Faulty items may be returned either to the manufacturer or saloneasy, for a repair or replacement. For information on the WEEE directive, click here.

Hair Extensions

Due to the nature of this product, returns are only accepted on unused items. Extensions can be returned for a full refund within fourteen days from purchases, or to exchange for an alternative colour. If you wish to exchange the item for another colour choice, please include a cheque for £5.95 to cover postage.

Other Items

Unused items such as styling products can be returned for a refund or for an alternative product within fourteen days from the date of purchase.
