All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT, with all items being sent out directly from our own stock within 24 hours of the order being placed. (Weekend orders are despatched on Monday).
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom with shipping costs calculated according to order value. Shipping is added automatically when processing your order. Most items over £20, such as FHI straighteners or Parlux dryers will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx Next Day, which both offer a fast service, a tracking number and insurance.
Certain items, such as hairdressing scissors will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery, with a tracking number, for your peace of mind. Smaller products, such as Fudge shaper will be sent by Royal Mail standard first class delivery.
