This is why Wahl have come up with an ingenious solution - a zip up pouch that is heat resistant to over 210ºc. The pouch also zips open flat and becomes a heat mat for then the straighteners are in use.
The Wahl pouch also features an attached storage pocket for the straighteners cable and plug, to keep them separate from the hot plates.
